Project Management for Energy Professionals

Course Introduction

Working for energy industry needs systematic and comprehensive vision. In order to have efficient energy engineering systems, effective natural resource allocation and sustainable business development, the relevant professionals should consider a detailed project management. They had better organize their working plans with an objective of energy efficiency and sustainability.  Such working methodology can increase the performance rates of success and expected outcomes in energy sector.
