Course Introduction

Developing leadership skills is more than learning to be a good manager. Great leadership is first  and foremost an “inside job”. Before we can lead others with influence and confidence, we must first find the inner qualities and strengths to lead ourselves with conviction. Leadership from this perspective is a manifestation of our unique personal power, purpose and vision.

This Leadership Mastery course is designed with the purpose of developing a set of social and emotional competences, notably in terms of interpersonal relationship, in order to develop the main characteristics of effective leadership of teams. A particular importance is given to the development of proficiency levels of the following competences associated to leadership: capacity to establish relations with the others; physical and moral courage; self confidence; self control; planning and decision making capacity; assertive communication skills; know how to influence; emotions and human qualities management; coordination and support.

Objectives

The leadership competency is one of the most demanded in the world today. This training intervention, in a dynamic and experienced way, aims to provide participants with an experience of training and appropriation of skills that allow us to assume the position of development agents in the different life scenarios in which we find ourselves.

Training Methodology

This training course will provide a valuable exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences. Immerse in experiential activities, collaborative group exercises, and face-to-face networking opportunities with your peers.

There will be an alternation between theoretical expositions and practical exercises – individual and in groups, analysis of cases studies, directed debates with the group's active participation, and simulations of representative situations of the professional context.
