Course Introduction
Training assumes a central and increasingly important role (along with education) in the face of new challenges arising in the world: globalization, aging population, emergence and increasing use of new technologies and the consequent need to update and acquire skills.
Such challenges require increased investment in human capital and the necessary adaptation of existing education and training systems. The focus on vocational training leads to the structuring and competitiveness of labor markets and the economic fabric as a whole. Education and training thus assume a decisive role in the transition to a knowledge-based society and economy.
To answer this objective, it is necessary, companies and the market itself expect more from the Trainer: they demand an inspiring, motivating and mobilizing "being", able to break with traditional paradigms, proactive
paradigms, proactive, entrepreneurial and creative. The Trainer, nowadays, is a multitasking professional who
must simultaneously mobilize skills from the areas of psychology, sociology pedagogy, management, marketing, among other sciences.
Participants can expect at the end of the course:

• Understand the psychosocial phenomena, including leadership, arising in groups in the context of
training
• Choose and apply the techniques and pedagogical methods best suited to the objectives, the target audience and the training context

Objectives
The pedagogical training of trainers aims to promote the acquisition, updating and of competencies, transferable to their practice. These competencies are at the level of training animation and, also, in the broad sense of of its function.
The participants will be able to:
• Design and development of training programs and materials
• Manage and coordination the training;
• Research and experiment with new approaches and methodologies applied to diverse audiences and contexts, in various training training modalities.
• Adapt the learning process to the specificity of the adult individual;
• Develop an effective and productive pedagogical relationship according to the training group

Training Methodology
This Train the Trainer training course contains the maximum practice and participation, allowing the delegates to experience learning and practice in a safe and controlled environment.
