Course Introduction
No operation or project is not subject to change during its execution. Once changes become necessary, it is necessary to lead people to implement them through processes, concepts and behaviours. How can the professional leader help the organisations overcome their inertia to move from the current to the desired state? What challenges must you face? How should you develop the strategy to manage this transition?
This Leading & Managing Culture Change training course will focus on the skills that the professional leader needs to develop to be able to promote change with vision and purpose, mobilise actors to create a movement that fosters change, know how to face resistance and other situations that normally arise and finally, how to get the change to happen and be lasting.
Change doesn't have to be overwhelming if it's managed well - find out what those of us with leadership or management responsibilities can do to keep things on track.
Objectives
This training course looks at how we can effectively manage people-centred change. The delegates will learn the importance of bringing people with them during change, and you will consider times when change can go wrong and how to avoid them.
The delegates will be able to:
- Implement a coalition promoting change
- Create a vision and purpose that mobilizes actors in pursuit of the desired end state
- Implement concrete plans with metrics and indicators to manage the change process
- Develop the leaders and change agents who will act as pioneers of change
- Provide in-depth content of an individual, organisational change processes, learning, engagement and motivation processes that support change management actions in an effective and lasting way
Training Methodology
This training course will provide a valuable exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences. Immerse in experiential activities, collaborative group exercises, and face-to-face networking opportunities with your peers. There will be an alternation between theoretical expositions and practical exercises – individual and in groups, analysis of cases studies, directed debates with the group's active participation, and simulations of representative situations of the professional context.
