Course Introduction

The practice of management using indicators and data is less and less a differential. More and more companies are directing their management and decisions analytically through facts and data. HR (Human Resources) is part of this context and can benefit significantly without abandoning the humanistic knowledge that makes its difference. Adopting a data-supported decision-making culture is the basis for creating shared contexts and shortens the path to closer business management and leveraging consensus based on transparency for decisions.
