Course Introduction
The practice of management using indicators and data is less and less a differential. More and more companies are directing their management and decisions analytically through facts and data. HR (Human Resources) is part of this context and can benefit significantly without abandoning the humanistic knowledge that makes its difference. Adopting a data-supported decision-making culture is the basis for creating shared contexts and shortens the path to closer business management and leveraging consensus based on transparency for decisions. In HR, in particular, the creation of indicators paves the way for the adoption of People Analytics through the objective positioning of management processes & policies and recognising the characteristics of Human Capital and Corporate Culture.
The People Analytics training course is designed to equip HR professionals and other HR stakeholders with the tools to maximise the impact of People Analytics projects and create a data-driven HR culture. In this course, students will learn what People Analytics is and develop the skills they need to understand and use HR data, reports and metrics in their daily activities. Lead the deployment of People Analytics and data-driven HR practices. Learn to organise and manage a People Analytics function from scratch.
